Ben Harris This is a hell of split! Apocalypse Preparation precede their peer with a particularly anguished and ungrounded variety of black metal, with throat-tearing dusty-mouthed vocals. Following soon after are Starvation Entity's more severe offerings, galloping tempos labouring beneath suffocating distortion and inhumanly blown-out roars. I honestly can't pick a favourite of these two acts, both compliment one another congruously. Favorite track: Swollen Altar.
